Organisation

FOC associates are currently placed in 7 provinces and municipalities, with the majority located in the West. They are professionals recruited internationally from over a dozen different countries and nationalities.

The main China office of FOC is in Chengdu, Sichuan. In addition, FOC has representative offices located in Xining, Qinghai Province, Xian, Shaanxi Province, and Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, as well as a regional representative office in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Other offices may be opened in the future.

FOC is governed by a Board of Directors. The Executive Director, elected by the Board and responsible to it, leads a staff team responsible for Personnel and Training, Liaison, Placement and Support, and Finance and Administration.
